Admission Procedure

The admission process starts on December 1 every year when the Admission Information Brochure is made available on the school website.
Parents are required to fill in the Online Registration Form, the link of which will be made available on the school website, along with a sum of Rs.800/- as Registration Fee, at the fee portal while filling Online Registration Form.
After successful registration, the school will contact the parent(s)/guardian(s) to intimate details of the Admission Procedure.
The candidate who successfully qualifies for the examination is selected to gain acceptance into the school.* The parents of selected candidates are supposed to deposit the school fees and other applicable charges within the given period failing which the seat will be given to the next deserving candidate in waiting.
The Admission Test Result is not shared with the parents and the decision of the Admission Committee is full and final and cannot be challenged.
Parents are expected to meet all financial obligations and submit all the required documents before the student starts attending school.
Parents are requested to ensure that the Bus Route/Bus Stoppage and Bus Timings are suitable for them before depositing the fee.
It may be noted that admission to Grade XI is purely provisional till the declaration of the result of Grade X by CBSE or any other state board from which the student has appeared. Regular admissions are given only after the declaration of the result.
*The school reserves the right to admission without having to explain the reasons. The decision of the school authorities in this respect will be final and cannot be challenged.

1) Pre-Primary Wing:
The minimum required age of the child seeking admission to Bloom Bunch is 3+ years as on 31st March of the admission year.
Admission to all the Pre-Primary classes is given on the basis of a Personal Interaction with the child along with the parents.
2) Classes I to VIII (Primary and Middle Wing):
Admission to all the classes from Grade I to Grade VIII is granted on the basis of a combination of factors, including merit in a Written Admission Test, previous academic record and the availability of seats. In case a student clears the Admission Test but the seat is not available, he/she will be put on the waiting list.
3) Classes IX to XII (Secondary Wing):
Class IX
Admission to class IX is granted on the basis of a combination of factors, including merit in a Written Admission Test, previous academic record and the availability of seats. In case a student clears the Admission Test but the seat is not available, he/she will be put on the waiting list.
Class XI (Science, Commerce & Humanities Streams)
Students who are already studying in the school and have appeared in the CBSE Grade X examination from the school are eligible for admission to Grade XI without any entrance examination.
New students who have appeared in the Grade X examination from any other school have to appear in an Entrance Examination for admission to Grade XI.
It may be noted that admission to Grade XI is purely provisional till the declaration of Grade X results and the student’s securing the minimum qualifying marks.
Classes X & XII
As per CBSE norms, new admission in grades X & XII is not allowed in any school. However, the CBSE can grant special permission in case of transfer/shifting of parents from some other city. In such a situation, the parents are supposed to submit relevant documents as per CBSE guidelines in the school office. It may be noted that admission to these classes is confirmed only after approval by the CBSE.
